Fully Repairable Modular Architecture
Our proprietary weld-free, adhesive-free casing eliminates the need to scrap entire battery packs. Each cell is individually replaceable, reducing lifecycle costs by up to 60% vs conventional BESS. Hot-swappable modules allow capacity changes with zero downtime.
Cell-Level BMS Intelligence
Real-time cell-level monitoring with advanced Battery Management System. Continuous state-of-health, state-of-charge and temperature tracking enables predictive maintenance, maximises usable capacity and extends service life beyond industry norms.
Liquid Immersion Cooling
Dielectric fluid immersion delivers superior thermal management, keeping cells at optimal temperature, preventing thermal runaway, and acting as a fire suppressant simultaneously. Enables safe deployment across high-ambient-temperature environments, high-performance applications, and safety-critical sectors.
Chemistry Agnostic Design
Our platform is versatile across cell chemistries (Li-ion, sodium-ion, LFP, NMC and beyond), as long as they are in cylindrical or prismatic form factors. This gives customers the freedom to choose the chemistry that best suits their application without re-engineering the system.
Process
How It Works
Deploy
Plug-and-play modular units ship pre-assembled. Configure from 25 kWh to 1 MWh+ by stacking modules. On-site assembly available for large-scale projects. Compatible with standard AC/DC coupling and existing inverter platforms.
Monitor
The onboard BMS streams real-time cell-level data to the cloud dashboard. AI-assisted health scoring continuously tracks state-of-health and flags degradation early, enabling proactive maintenance.
Detect & Isolate
When a cell degrades or failure is detected, the affected module shuts down automatically, isolating the issue instantly. Operations continue uninterrupted with zero downtime while the fault is safely contained.
Repair
A technician swaps the faulty cell or module, not the entire pack. The weld-free casing opens easily, the replacement slots in, and the system is back to full capacity.
